Great question! While both support growth, they differ in approach:
Coaching is client-led, goal-focused, and rooted in reflective questioning. Coaches don’t give advice, they help you uncover your own solutions through dialogue and accountability.
Mentoring is relationship-based and advice-driven. Mentors draw on personal experience to guide someone on a similar path.

Therapy addresses past trauma or mental health conditions. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy.

Engagements typically range from 3 to 6 months. We also offer one-time clarity sessions and longer-term partnerships based on your needs.

Yes. All coaching conversations are confidential unless otherwise agreed in writing (e.g., in organizational engagements). Our approach is aligned with the International Coaching Federation Code of Ethics.

Definitely. Many of our clients choose integrated engagements, for example, executive coaching for leaders, consulting on system redesign, and training for teams.

Yes. We offer 3-month, 6-month, and custom coaching packages. Group and consulting engagements can be quoted based on scope.

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to the agreed-upon terms in your coaching agreement.
