Meet our Founder
Nash Hassan
My journey has always been rooted in service: to patients, to teams, and to the leaders who carry responsibility for both.
For over 16 years, I’ve led operations, system transformation, and service excellence across hospitals and primary care systems in Canada and the Gulf region. Along the way, I’ve seen firsthand how demanding leadership can be especially during moments of transition, pressure, or uncertainty. I’ve learned that while leadership is never easy, it doesn’t have to be lonely.
Growth and achievement are core to who I am. I hold a Master’s in Nursing/Healthcare Administration, have completed executive education at Harvard Medical School, and earned multiple professional certifications, including my credential as a Certified Executive Coach. More importantly, these experiences shaped how I support leaders find clarity amid complexity and confidence amid change.
Through CanLead, I partner with healthcare leaders to pause, reset, and realign their leadership. My role is simple: to walk beside you as a thinking partner — helping transform pressure into purpose and challenges into meaningful, measurable impact — so you can lead with clarity, courage, and greater ease.
